Organization involves the healthcare manager pulling together the financial and physical resources in achieving all the goals of the organization. For instance, if the plan were improving the medical services, the healthcare manager would analyze the plan and critically determine the proper division of resources to ensure the success of the plan. Therefore, the employees will have such an easy time following the set directives and objectives of the organization. More importantly, it must be noted that good interpersonal communication skills are essential in building the trust between the staffs of the organization and the organizational leaders. She has such a busy life that will give her a hard time handling the duties of the position. Different factors would favour the candidates for their selections. For instance, educational factors would favour Felipe who has masters and bachelor’s degrees that the other candidates lack. More importantly, he is such a young and single man who can dedicate much of his time to ensure the success of the organization. All three candidates would have big problems if given a chance to serve the organization and the community.

For instance, Felipe cares so much about what people think about him and would mostly make decisions that are intended to please people rather than making decisions that are good for the organization. Amanda’s biggest problem if selected would be little time for her duties at the organization. She is a married woman with adolescent kids that need time around. Continual improvement principle, on the other hand, is essential for the improvement of the quality processes and initiation of new techniques and ways for production of quality services and products of the organization. The principle is important in helping the organization meet and exceed the expectations of the customers. Decision making principle is important but must be largely based on the situations and statistics and limit decisions based on the emotions in the organizations.

Total quality management is such a comprehensive system that is important in the realization of the satisfaction of the customers. It is important in the integration of business activities for good results in the organization. The fifth stage in the improvement process involves the analysis of the information and data gained during the collection and processing of the data. It is important in helping the researcher to understand the improvement approach. The next stage of the process involves the presentation and utilization of the information. The very last stage is the implementation of remedial or corrective activities. All seven steps are important and should not be skipped at any point. It is majorly important in the recording of the causes of a particular problem in the management.
