The rising costs of health care services in the previous decades had called for change in the U. S’s health care sector as the neighboring countries had adopted the reforms in the health care and proved to be effective to low income earners. The exponents necessitated in the policy raised debate nationwide, since the Americans did not clearly understand how this change they pushed for came about primarily because what they advocated for they were not sure if it was what they were being given. Approaching prospectively the ACA’s proponents that do not apply at the same rate to that of rich people since they tend to provide higher healthcare expenses than mid and low level income earners which brings about confusion and further deliberations from the two classes of the society.

In spite of everything, the Affordable Care Act offers additional benefits than drawbacks therefore it is foreseen to contribute to the United States’ healthcare growth for the reason that it accommodates the general public entrance to the healthcare facilities with its reduction of incurred expenses of the services provided. In 2012 the supreme upheld the ACA program until 2014 when it came into effect. The ACA was a recent medical program which was incorporated to ensure all American citizens were entitled to receive health care they need at Affordable charges. The ACA had also provision of the citizens were able to pay more would also pay more, though; it was left for the few rich individuals who did not see the need for the program.

Those did not sign for the program attracted a penalty when they seek medical services of $695 every year which was an estimate of three times more than the normal price when you have the medical cover. The ACA is provided in the constitution after the congress introduced it in parliament and was passed in to law. Though it forms foundation to air complains and violates the provisions of the plan. Voting and the Election Process Each candidate during the 2008 presidential campaigns and election had his manifesto aired to the American people; the most accepted was the one which addressed the issues that people were facing. The Affordable Care Act was vital during the campaigns and election process. The cost of health care was a real issue the people wanted to resolve among other things. Obama’s introduction of the ACA program gave himself the slogan ‘yes we can’ slogan which went up to capture people’s trust since they regarded him as a real reformist who was towards resolving the major issue of health care (Blendon & Benson, 2014). Obama had addressed the health care crisis that was at present which gave him an upper hand to office.

In some occasions the policy may help fix something or nothing. Looking comprehensively on the ACA program the impacts that were suggested is to the working Americans were supposed to pay more which would have rendered the program ineffective but then the cost of healthcare were rising to almost impossible of the low and mid-level class to afford (Act, 2017). To its effect the people of America can now access the medical services without debits. Per all the antagonism to the integrating socialized health care it was clear to prior history why Barack was pushing for the program while he was in office. The benefits foreseen in the program maybe in the next decade maybe analysed to weigh the cost vs. Voters and the Affordable Care Act in the 2014 election.
