Beginning With the End in Mind

To do this, I have learned to encourage myself every day through working harder and creatively through the challenges of life in pursuit of my goals. Mission To lead a successful career, developing solution-oriented computer applications and attaining financial freedom. Goals My goal in one year is to finish my first degree in computer information system and later get a job in a well-paying and skill software engineering firm preferably Google. For the next five years after clearing my degree and working my goal is to finish my master degree in computer information system where I will be equipped with the know-how through research and study on ways to start my own business in software development and nurture other fresh developers.

After ten years, my goal is to be productive and well progressed as a businessman with the financial freedom to venture to undertake more complex projects. This aspect of exercising our imaginations is the art that will solve the most pressing problems and in the long run, aid us in the dealing with the changes that we all face (Ryder, 2012). Through these course readings, I reject the notion that creativity is a reserve for artists only because it is my legacy and my birthright. I will exercise creativity in all my dealings both in class and outside, in the work environment. How the Information Gained in This Course will Guide Me Through this course, I have been able to understand the fundamental concepts that facilitate an efficient learning process.

First, through bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, I can self-express how I feel about the situations within and without in precision and thus easily achieve my goals (Harvard, 2018). I am therefore in the forefront to apply the application of science in the explanation and understanding of the real world. There is need to reflect, reexamine and reconsider what is believe about myself within my capacities, my work and the world around me as suggested by Gail Ryder (2012). Failure to recognize these fundamental aspects of my life is the most significant barrier that will, in the end, prevent me from creatively exploring the available alternatives to the problems I face throughout my career. What I Will Do To Make a Mark in One Year First, I have decided to be a risk taker to overcome the fear of the unknown in exploring alternatives.

Through this, I intend to always explore new ways new things and new ideas without allowing doubt to be a barrier (Urrea, 2018). Truth enhances the clarity of a matter and inspires perfection through minimizing errors that arise in our activities. The pursuit of truth is, therefore, an essential pillar in my progress and making an impact in my academic life. What I Will Do To Make a Mark in Five Years My goal in five years is to complete my master degree in computer information system and eventually start my own business dealing with software development and consultancy. To realize this goal, I have first to achieve my one-year purpose of having a degree and getting a job in a software engineering firm.

First, I will redefine all the challenges that I will face in my one-year goal and use them as a stepping stone towards the higher purpose ("RSA ANIMATE: The Secret Powers of Time," 2018). My ten years goal is to be financially stable through business and gaining the freedom to invest. To realize this goal, I will need to recommit myself to carrying out my ideas after five years of doing business ("Critical Thinking Part 2: Broken Logic", 2018). At this stage, the company requires more investment regarding ideas and sustainable solutions as opposed to predefined off-the-shelf solutions. Through applications in critical thinking and logic, I believe I will come up with timely solutions that will be both affordable and sustainable. Conclusion This paper highlights my career goals from finishing my first degree to obtaining a master degree in the next five years and eventually starting a company in ten years.
