When one becomes an education leader in the environment, it is vital that they observe three vital biblical principles. The principles include being mission-minded, being a servant and not giving up at any given point. Through the principles, the leaders can be the best forms of role models to the people who are being led. Be Mission-Minded Solomon, through the book of Proverbs, communicates wisdom as well as understanding with the aim of leading a group of people effectively. King Solomon indicated in his book that leaders should have the right mindset to lead people properly. That life challenges, especially in the educational institutions can be solved through concern, little blames, listening and immediate actions. Be a servant We learn a lesson from the early ages that can be applied to the field of education by doing to other people as one would expect the same people to do unto them (Luke 6: 27-31 NIV).

All humans were put in the world to serve others as Christ served them. Often, fury is described as emotions expressed when an individual feel wronged in a way. If people seek truth from God, they will get the guidance and grace to remain grounded in God hence manage the undesired characteristics. Never Give Up Running a school or a district is associated with tribulations and trials just like the other responsibilities in life. The profession of education is not for those who are weary and weak. The leaders are bound to respond to all questions, feedbacks and activities regardless of whether they are big or small, bad or good.
