Employees may hail from diverse cultural, age, race and religion background however, common administrative values are fundamental to teamwork (Katzenbach & Smith, 2015). Good administration skills cut across the board and the health sector is not an exception. This paper will elaborate on how managers can tap on their managerial skills to ‘inject’ administrative core values as well as the Christian worldview. Administrative core values and Christian worldview The current business world has shaped how employees work irrespective of distance and time. The technology revolution has led to globalization. The main administrative values can be merged with Christian worldwide view comprises of professionalism, transparency, accountability, ethics and leadership. Professionalism paves way for strategic management. For example, in a hospital, administrators are supposed to have the vision of the company in their hearts.

All managers are called upon to perform the assigned duties and responsibilities. All work-related issues are supposed to handle professionally (Kelly, 2009). Any breach of the code of ethics may damage the image of the company leading to poor publicity. The process may negatively affect the company since some of the loyal customers may seek services from other competitors (Kelly, 2009. All officials must serve the company with high integrity in all operations since it’s important to link ethics with Christian worldview since the teaching states any violation of any commandment is a sin (Grenz & Olson, 2010) and the same case can be applied with any misconduct in handling duties and responsibilities of the firm. Last but not least leadership is key to success and all businesses must strive to have individuals who adhere to the objectives, set goals, mission and vision of an organization.

A company that has good leadership strategy focuses on consulting all the operations in a professional manner. Implementation process Identify core values Health care administrators core values supposed to be identified are supposed to align with the business and must be passed from a person to the rest. Ensuring all fundamental aspects are adopted is the key to success. Running any business calls for strategic management to pave way for success. Top managers or rather administrators are advised to professionally involve all employee in decision making and identifying core values is not an exception. Healthcare employees will always feel part of the team and literally feel part of the firm is involved in decision making (Fixsen, Blase, Naoom & Wallace, 2009). The management team should them communicate to the rest of the workers using simple language and the most convenient channel.

The communication channels maybe verbal through a meeting, email or social media’s group of the firm. Implementation The implementation process is key and employees called upon to discuss during the process. It is vital since all workers will be are part of the team. The process may be held through various department etc. The human resource department should always create a conducive environment to enlighten workers about the core values and how beneficial it will be to them and at large the company. The adoption process call for all ‘systems to go round. ’ Communication is key in the implementation of administrative core values and the Christian worldview in a healthcare set up. Healthcare practitioners treat but God heals, a combination of Christian worldview and administrative cores values are ideal in saving human lives.
