Essentially, conceptualizing ourselves growing and recognizing positive results that are brought forward by the organizational behavior helps to position the efforts of the employees in line with the needs of the company and therefore work towards realizing a common goal. Definition of creativity with respect to the organization behavior also borrows from a number of approaches. This is in line with creative activities that can be undertaken by the members of the staff and provide the relevant and sustainable solution to the problems raised by customers by applying unique approaches. As mentioned, the management also can engage in the regular review as well as the provision of relevant resources prerequisite to the attainment of the set goals. Implications of Creativity at the Workplace to the Managers Clearly, the management has a key role to play as far creativity at workplaces is concerned. Employees Engaging in creative activities means that the employees are tasked with the responsibility of providing solutions to an organization that can be implemented without reproach. Essentially, one of the reasons that discourage creativity at workplaces among the employees is the fear of taking the risk (Baer, 2012). Now, this can be a good or a bad thing depending on the practices of the company. By deciding to take the risk and engage in a new project directly implicates the employee and any instances that may result in unfavorable consequences to the organization, in general, would link directly back to them. Secondly, it based on the development and the management performance of the organization (Yeh-Yun Lin & Liu 2012). The activities that focus on the well-being of the employee and the organization can be achieved through regular training of the staff including the managers to promote the core goal of creativity at the organizational level.

Impact of Creativity at Workplaces Creativity in the workplace has several impacts. One of the most noticeable effects is the establishment of a positive working environment. There is always the feeling that by having a good relationship between employees themselves and then the management fraternity, the organization is likely to experience a positive trend on how it approaches everyday work. For example, finding ways to promote employees' development and the inspiring introduction of new ideas and solutions. Secondly, the working structures may need to be redefined. Practically, there is always a gap between the top management level and the subordinate staff that leaves a communication gap. If this can be bridged then more doors would be unlocked. Thirdly, there is the aspect of artificial intelligence, a branch of computer science that is making a great impact on organizations (David, 2015).
