Zuidersma4 F. Boersma5, P. de Jonge4, S. U. Zuidema5 and J. The article has been organized excellently. The heading is exact on the goal of the research. The review of literature flows logically. The researchers have argued their point in profound and well-elaborated perspective. The flow of ideas is smooth with a consistency of information. Comparison of the music therapy and general activities has been expansively elaborated in the article exclusively. Data collection methods the researchers used was an improved Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory (CMIA), which is an enhanced questionnaire, which proved to be reliable than the previous CMIA. Administration of the data collection instruments more than once was an act of testing the reliability and validity of the tools of this response, it indicates that the researcher was able to prove its reliability and achieved consistency in findings.

The nurses are the ones filling the questionnaire. Interviews were conducted, and this promoted a higher accuracy of the data collected. From the input, 77 responses were analysed, out of which randomly, 47 participants were under music therapy and 38 under general activities-the control study. The researchers have broadened their sample plan by using different nursing homes within the Netherlands. In this, they gotten data is non-biased and reliable. The study takes a quantitative look. An average of 150 involves participants from each of the six selected nursing homes residence to the elderly with dementia. The principle of non-maleficence was in action. The research in no case did put to risk the lives of their respondents. The law of justice prevailed the study as since the investigation was having an aim of deducing better treatment mechanism to dementia.

A breach of autonomy was committed. The participants did not have the information in the slightest bit about the study. There is no distinction between the line for music therapy and general activities. This is confusing as both are close, touching each other. The scale used on the y-axis is small. Enlarging it would have given it a better look. The colored graph would have provided the outstanding contrast required. The CMIA has broadly been described as well as the way it works. The CMIA has been viable and very reliable in the course of the study. As was anticipated by the research team, the CMIA was viable and performed the measures needed. It also proved to be reliable since is accuracy and proficiency and consistency could be trusted by the team.
