Where the scholars have identified the need for excursing as it improves the body physical function and health to cancer patients. A relaxed body is prone to many weaknesses like normal body functions, feeble muscles and change in motion. Currently, many medical practitioner encourage their patients to engage in physical activates to make their body stronger during cancer medical attention and after. The American Cancer Society has provided its people with good guidelines on how to check on their diet (El‐Shami, et al. After patients have diagnosed with cancer, they observe their eating habits to meet body health needs and taking part in exercise as a systematic plan for therapy. Exercise is essential in reducing fats and calories in their bodies since weights is connected to the recurrence of swelling on the nipple.

Critically, the survivors of lung cancer have little weights after they are cured from the chronic disease, they need to focus on the diet as directed by the professional such as vegetables, fruits and whole cereals to improve their weight to a recommended range. Impact of Healthy Eating Habits Diet is fundamental factor when addressing the cancer patient’s needs both under medication and as a survivor (Arends, et al. It is advisable to avoid alcoholic drinks because they trigger the level of steroid sex hormone receptor-positive which may result to coming back of nipple cancer. Excessive consumption of alcohol weakens the liver performance since the drugs that treat are broken down in the liver and much alcohol causes liver swelling which could impede the breakdown of cancer drug.

Medical practitioners and scholars need to dwell so much on addressing the early stages of growth and find lasting solutions and strategic plans to influence the physical activities that people need to follow as part of their life. They need to enlighten the survivors on need for good diet and fitness programmes to make their bodies active and strong. The risks cancer has over obese and how to maintain body weight (Black, Falzon, & Aronson, 2015). Conclusion From the research it is evident by the scholars beyond doubt that, the cancer is a more dangerous disease that when taken care of in time it is manageable. For this to be made effective and successful, it requires close attention and observation on the diet and regular practice as such, detailed study needs to be carried to efficiently achieve the various problems linked to cancer like body weight or obesity, a particular diet and physical exercise as directed by the doctors on tumour outcome and view on the people habit and lifestyle changes.
