Due to recent rapid changes in the health care system used of technology and storage of information have become common, especially the use of electronic health record. and informatics has been the major role in data organization for the electronic health record system. The naming was done through an organization-wide contest (Fildes et. al, 2018). Measures and steps to evaluate the success of an electronic health record. The implementation of the electronic health record is forefront policy agenda internationally, but not much has been engaged on how to measure the successful implementation of the information technology in the health care system. In order to evaluate these online health records, some measure and steps were derived to be used to assess its usefulness. The leadership of the healthcare system must embrace transformation to realize the goal of health public (Fildes et. al, 2018). The theory emphasis that leaders work with other teams to identify the needed change and create the vision that guides the change through inspiration.
