Applying the above methods is a key method that can work in line with setting the expectations for the interprofessional team collaborations. Team collaborations os a great initiative that will properly the organization towards realizing ist collaborative needs. The whole inclusiveness technique will help to get the expectations that the organization ought to achieve. All-inclusiveness will act in line with the expectations that the organizers hope to achieve through the unity of purpose and working together in the unit. The team leader will also work toward getting the expectations and the general needs that the organizers hope to achieve in running and realizing the needs of the organization. Communication is majorly applicable in situations dealing with the conflicts that have arisen is based on the differences in ideas and opinions. In this way, communication can be used to create a point of agreement and deal with any conflict that would jeopardize the whole operations of the health unit.
Another conflict resolution strategy that can be applied in interprofessional teams is applying the spirit of humility. Being humble and showing a high degree of humility is a good thing in any interprofessional work setting. It allows for listening to one another and sharing the diverse ideas with ease and also developing the method of listening to another. They work together towards creating and analyzing the general work in the health setting. The interdisciplinary team is a consortium of members drawn from various field and who are working for the best service delivery in the organization and develops the strategy towards delivering the best services to the patients. Interdisciplinary team shares ideas, opinions and also knowledge n the best way that they can help the patients in service delivery and working together for the common good of the entire system.
