, nurse, patient advocate, coworker, manager, etc. The situation I once encountered while in my daily activity involved a patient who came for diagnosis in the healthcare facility and with who was diagnosed with throat cancer. Being a hospice nurse in the department, it was my duty to handle the diagnosing process effectively to ensure he receives a quality service in the facility. The condition of the patient was revealed through the various signs in his body following diagnosis from the radiology department. The presence of the internal tumors in his throat revealed the condition he was suffering from. The medical problem for the presented patient was that he was diagnosed with throat cancer which was in its acute stage and that the conditions with signs and symptoms were not much revealing without a diagnosis.

Cancer conditions in patients are sometimes termed as being permanent; hence cannot be reversed. The aims and goals for the treatment were to suppress the disease into a lower degree to avoid many complications. Patients with the same conditions appear to the facility for treatment towards improving their living conditions. Circumstances, where medical treatment is not indicated, include when a severe disease has been identified in a patient and that the practitioner what to keep it secret. The prospects of the patient as mentioned earlier to return to normal life are higher only if he observes all the medical conditions and prescription provided by the healthcare team. Despite the return to normal life, the patient will still suffer from mental fight through the harmful thoughts that will be presented in his mind regarding the condition.

It’s hard for patients to forget something or pretend to do so when they know the truth in their life. This might also lead to PTSD. Quality of experience in the society depends on the social and economic status of an individual, to either live well or being in poor and messy conditions throughout their lives. Forgoing or doing without life-sustaining plans is not recommended in the healthcare setting, but rather, it is advisable that the nurses and other medical practice be involved in something that keeps the patient alive, in short, do something to the condition. The planning that can be done is through evaluating the prospects of returning to normal life than deciding on the best way to deal with the situation ahead.

The act of suicide in the society is received with various controversies which rule it out or not, makes the act right or wrong. The libertarians believe that every individual in the community has total power over their bodies, the fruit of their labor and self-ownership. Hence, the legal or ethical status of suicide cannot be justified well among various people in contemporary society. He preferred to have a close doctor of his age and gender. An aspect of biases in the scenario. His inclinations were later obeyed, and the right practitioner was availed to him. There was no direct indication of disabled on the cancer patient. Incapacitated patients are those who cannot make their explicit judgments are considered to be mentally impaired.
