The snow queen inspired the story on how a princess can have such magical power to bring the entire nation into misfortune. It is all about the two sisters Anna and Elsa who search for one another after being separated for a long time by their parents. The movie has been recognized as the lovely movie in the history getting two rewards at the same time. However, much happens in the movie rather than barely being lovely. The story consists of groups who have a different role. Although Ann is not happy with the character of Hans, she ends up falling for him anyway and her sister Elsa does not approve of their relationship and reminds her; she cannot marry the man she just met.

To Elsa, marriage is not her thing, and she would rather stay without being in any romantic relationship. Elsa The second main character in the group is Elsa. Elsa portrays a supernatural power in the group. Through her power, we get to know that the princess does not only need to love, but they can also possess power in their life. The success of failure of a team leader relates to the stages of forming these groups. If the objectives of the group are not clear, then other factors will be put in place. In Tuckman’s stages of development, he provides an insight of into the development of groups and how the group progress over time. These stages should be followed by the group to achieve the desired goals and to allow the teams to function optimally.

For a team to perform accordingly, it has to experience conflict in the group and set the behavioral standards needed in that group. In this stage, group members are gaining each other trust, and they are now becoming closer than before. In the stages, the group now focus on the problem they will solve as a team and how they will function together. In this stage, conflict may arise between them as they voice their opinion. There is fear of being excluded from the group by those who do not work according to the group so everyone is afraid of what they will say. In this stage, the team leader has to take the opportunity of encouraging a member of the group to be free and to air their view without any fear.

The team is ready to develop its identity and to make the work of the group look more natural. The members have more trust for one another in this stage, and they motivate each other towards the achievement of their goals. This stage is seen in the frozen where the group has full trust in one another, and each character is left to perform their role on their own. For instance, Elsa who has an ice power is left to bring summer back. The group has trust in her that she is the only one who is capable of bringing summer back to them. Adjourning The final stage of group development is adjourning. In this stage, the team is dissolved after they have completed their task.

Although the team members may feel anxiety during this stage, they have to let go of the group. This stage makes the group members keep distance with one another. This stage experiences in frozen movie when it ends on a bad note. Consistent Secondly the body language and the tone match with the message they want to present. There are instances where the character sings for other group members to hear. Besides, they show with their body the fear they have. For instance, when Elsa turn the nation into a snow zone, she is afraid, and that can only be witnessed through her reactions. Weakness Too much use of music Although the music helps in the development of the plot in a movie, freezing has used so much music to the extent that the movie looks like music.
