I would also practice mindfulness in my every day routine, which would enable me distress and focus on the onsite things in my life as recommended by Samuel Wood et al, in the world of psychology. I would change my mindset ad recognize that daily exercise and eating healthy is not meant for the professional athletes or the chosen few but can be adopted by anyone. I would change my mindset and view pain from as a positive aspect in my life meant to make me stronger. I would change my eating goals and eat to fuel my body and enhance it with nutrient rather than eating for the delicious taste I would avoid hanging out around fast food joints especially when I am hungry especially around lunch time as this would tempt me to indulge in the fast foods.
I would also avoid walking along the streets with the bakeries as the sweet aroma would entice me into purchasing the case. I will also enroll in a nutrition class so that I can earn everything pertaining to nutrition and implement it in my diet plan. Reference Wood, S. E. Wood, E. G.
