Document 1

This paper discusses how physical exercise contributes to a person’s well-being. Firstly, when a person engages in exercise, they feel good thereafter (Mentalhealth. org, 2013). The good feelings boost an individual’s mood to happy or calm and therefore help in addressing psychological problems such as stress, anxiety, depression and bipolar (Hassmen, Koivula & Uutela, 2000). Additionally, the happy feeling is influential and the individual’s happy mood will show on their faces making it easier for them to maintain happy and friendly relationships which are good for their social network. These functional and structural changes improve an individual’s learning and consequently create a more resourceful brain with a significant capacity to learn. In addition, with cardiovascular physical exercises the heart rate of an individual increases.
