Clinical governance is one of the major initiative processes in the field of healthcare. It is the process of managing, developing the best managerial concerns and also developing a clear initiative plan that will help develop and realize the best system of managing the health care scale. One of the key reasons that the nurses have stated which they have developed to have fully affected them leading to massive move it from the health care setting is that they are unhappy with the working conditions. There is an inherent likelihood that the nurses are less motivated to work in the center and this has motivated their much more move out from the health setting. Lack of job satisfaction is very clear in this case, and it has wholly affected the general outlook and the functionality of the hospital. The staff acknowledges that they are unhappy within the hospital and hence they are less motivated to work and to deliver their mandate to the people. The function and the role of the clinical governance should be tied to how the health setting functions and also how the nurses are treated. The clinical management should also help in monitoring all the activities of the health setting and deal with any emerging issue that may affect the work environment and which may also force the employees to leave or shun away from working in the hospital. Therefore, there is needed for the clinical governance to develop strategies and methods that will help deal with the massive withdrawal of the nurses from the health setting.

I will discuss some of the methodologies that clinical governance should use and apply to ensure that they fully deal with this problem. Ishikawa’s Fishbone This is one of the most applied methods in identifying and analyzing the cause of quality issues systematically. The nurses require a very elaborate and consistent leadership platform that allows them to grow and develop to the best. Another major thing that is seen in the diagram is a lack of motivation. The nurses need to be motivated. All the staff needs to be motivated on the best methods to apply to deal with some of the manor issues that affect them. The basis of the theory was to develop a process of change and making a difference within the health care setting. Change is one of the key methods that can be developed to initiate the whole process of managing and introducing new developments in any setting. The process of change is not easy as there as many factors that may affect and inhibit the process. Most of the staff members within a given organization may be reluctant to accept and welcome the whole idea of change. The Importance of SMART Standards. The SMART goal was developed and applied in 1981 by Doran. The method provides the use of clarity and specific focus and motivation as a way of meeting the various goals and needs of the organization. The SMART objectives and the goal theory can all be incorporated to help in the development of a more precise and a more manageable way of promoting employee satisfaction and also the achievements of all the setup objectives and goals that the organization has developed. The magnitude of the risks may create in of the most serious problems that will have the worst effects on the general running and management of the health care setting. The errors that may develop which may jeopardize the whole role and functions of the health care setting including human deficiency errors, long working hours, poor working environment, lack of motivation among other issues and these may create the uneven look in the health care setting (Hewitt, 2015, 35). The same idea should also be to use to develop a more coherent way of solving issues with ease through clearly stipulated education and training platform that will encourage more job consideration and outing into practice the needs of the staff. b) Audit Audit is one of the key methods that can help develop the most inherent clinical governance strategy and the walk towards provision of Total Quality Management in healthcare.
