Collaboration is a collective act that works similar to the parts of a human body, which priorities to work for the well-being of the whole body in harmony. The practice of collaboration allows other participants to unify with others and utilize a general identification to attain the shared objective. It also allows people to participate in unplanned things and can be used for the universal benefit of the delivered network of workmates (Clark, 2017). For example, the sound produced by an orchestra is as a result of a collaborative act; however, the collective music created by the drums in a circular motion is a cooperative work. Instead of approving only moderate advancements from these technologies, managers should focus on higher goals and pursue more significant gains, which might be achieved by embedding and incorporating collaboration in particular procedures, stimulating collaborative conducts and presumptions that are more strategic about the significance of these technologies.
