For a teacher, good behaviours for toddlers is important in using time effectively. Taking time before the starting of schooling in creating procedures and routines helps in saving time. This is due to the fact that the expectations in the classroom are outlined clearly and they know what is needed of them. Particularly, transitions are easier to control when the teacher has strong skills in classroom management. Pritchard (2013) offered a document which outlined staff and head teachers on the guidelines to follow and execute in schools. The discipline and behaviour policy outlined by Pritchard for schools gives teachers information of the ways of promoting good behaviour and eradicating bullying incidents or any other bad behaviour. According to Smith (1996), skilled teachers are capable of making classroom management and discipline look easier.
