To have a stable government means that there is no cognitive dissonance within the leadership position. A stable government is a government that all its acts are in unison. Any form of government that is not stable they are contributing to the chaos that exists in the world. Leaders main fail in one way or the other to address the need of the people so that they do not fail. Confucius, Plato, the Roman Patricians, and the Emperors were faced with problems in their governance of having stable governments. The Sumerian law code had a lot of issues not addressed that would govern them appropriately. The law is considered to be the oldest and was established by Nunamnir so that it would bring justice to the land. As stated in Judge & Langdon, (2015) the law would also be used to banish complaints and back enmity.

The laws are much oriented in reverting people from committing offenses. For instance, almost, 50 percent of the law deals with the issue to do with Ox. He came up with the ancient rule of no killing animal for sacrifice and that, no festivals shall be held. This was bad for the people as they had used to do the same. He said that any celebration should be conducted whenever he says if he considers it to be good. Initially, before the law thousands of animals used to be killed. This situation was not well addressed by Ashoka as it would create animosity between him and the majority population. Compared to the previous government, the past kings created a journey of enlightenment where the king would give you the gifts to the brahmans and ascetics and also giving money to the aged.

Despite being a fighter for the animal, he denied people some of the things they used to enjoy before his tenure. The above are among some of the issues how leadership failed to address making a lot of people to suffer. Analects The Analects was an idea of the followers of Confucius some of the sayings referred to as “the master said. ” Confucius as an able leader failed to bring order to the society. One of them includes; "Put the people first, and reward their efforts well. since it's a law that was brought in after the death of Confucian, I am made to believe that he sued not to rule people well and people were never rewarded during his leadership. Another one said, "The Master said: Sending the people to war without educating them first: that is called throwing the people away.

This again shows how ruthless the leader used to treat some of the people they went to war. They were not well educated and went on the war just to be killed. The first table of law provides that "If anyone summons a man before the magistrate, he must go. If the man summoned does not go, let the one summoning him to call the bystanders to witness and then take him by force. The law provides that everyone should be subjected unto law by force if they face appearing before the magistrate. During the rule of king Etruria, the Romans did adapt the Greek writing system that later became to be known as the Latin. What was witnessed in the regime was a monopoly. This even made the roman have the capability of ruling the Mediterranean basin.

People were assimilated into Rome making citizens to benefits as they were employed. Conclusion The different government had different ways of ruling their people. However, during the medieval, the Confucius, Plato, the Roman Patrician, and the Emperors had their way of ruling.
