Therefore, global migration has become a reality that each country has to deal with regardless of whether it is the receiving, sending or transit. This means that migrants will keep on increasing because the forces that are driving such people to move from their countries are not ending such as poverty, political instability, job opportunities and many more. The legal procedures involved in getting proper documents to reside in a foreign country are very complicated and restrictive, creating avenues for other people who create illegal channels to smuggle such people as a form human trafficking, subjecting casualties to forced labor, sexual harassment and other injustices (Schaeffer p. Global migration is here to stay but the only option is to think about it in a smarter way so as to reduce injustices and its effects on the mother and destination countries of the immigrants.

According to William Lacy, “We need measures that will enable employers in countries with labor shortages to access people desperate to work, and we need to ensure that these people are not exploited or exposed to gender-based violence. Visa should be issued to the immigrants after being registered but not immediately after selection. The migrant or his sponsor should be encouraged to become registered show as to secure residency. This is a system that is mostly adopted in the Netherlands where very few cases of injustices concerning global migration have been reported. People who have entered a foreign country illegally should be treated as explores, showing that they will have no relationship with the receiving nation regarding family or employment. Such people should not be termed as illegal but rather be accorded a different legal status.

Also, the private partners are assigned the social responsibility of to consider as well as encouraging public sector towards exercising democracy during the decision-making process. Considering that global immigration involves interests vested by different actors, it is an only a cooperative approach that can manage forces coming from ill-mannered actors who promote social injustices through human trafficking, forced labor, and even sexual harassment. It is only through partnership that government and other private partners can identify and predicts risks facing immigrants in the labor market and address it before the matter gets out of hand. The two can engage migrant workers in addressing the problem of brain drain by promoting brain circulation instead of being used for wrong purposes (Ritzer p. Lastly, this partnership has high chances of facilitating the social and economic integration of migrants to local society in cases where the employer and the State agree to cater for integration expenses.

Although it is something that might take a lot of time, is good to embrace it and see migrants in a positive way but not as objects of labor and carrier of diseases. It is good for States that are not destinations for migrants to learn different ways of managing growing ethnic, economic, religious and social ethnicities. People will definitely migrate to such countries who may not be aware of the language spoken or have different skin color and it will be inhuman to ridicule their inability. Integration is the only answer to these continued injustices to the migrants. Therefore, the State government should be on the forefront to initiate this crucial process. However, some people such as politicians may be adamant to embrace this approach and may end up inciting the locals concerning the effects of immigrants on their labor market and economy, making it a failure.

Conclusion Considering that immigration is inevitable, the three approaches above can be applied in solving simpler and localized problems that have an effect on our countries. For instance, a country like the Netherlands has adopted people flow strategy in regulating the number of migrants entering its country. However, the last approach should be applied globally so as to enhance social cohesion within our societies.
