Therefore, global migration has become a reality that each country has to deal with regardless of whether it is the receiving, sending or transit. This means that migrants will keep on increasing because the forces that are driving such people to move from their countries are not ending such as poverty, political instability, job opportunities and many more. However, some people such as politicians may be adamant to embrace this approach and may end up inciting the locals concerning the effects of immigrants on their labor market and economy, making it a failure. Conclusion Considering that immigration is inevitable, the three approaches above can be applied in solving simpler and localized problems that have an effect on our countries. For instance, a country like the Netherlands has adopted people flow strategy in regulating the number of migrants entering its country. However, the last approach should be applied globally so as to enhance social cohesion within our societies.
