Sampling & Recruitment The population of the study was not adequately described except for the sampling and recruitment of the research participants. They were sampled and recruited based on their age, gender, educational qualification and working experience. The study attempted to achieve data triangulation by utilizing the principle of data saturation (Meyer, 2000). This was done to ensure that the interview data was repetitive and therefore not likely to produce new information from more data collection. The procedure of recording interviews was properly described and seem appropriate to enable the researcher gain ample time to carry out a thematic analysis as well as be able to come up with themes from the collected data (Meyer, 2000).
