The main problems facing the ABC Restaurant in Manhattan include management systems and operations, organizational culture, communication and employee motivation. The above issues have affected the service delivery in of the organization, hence a need to come up solutions through organizational development. Other challenges include planning for change and ensuring the smooth transition. The report hence comes up with solutions for the above problems found. Organizational development in the ABC Restaurant in Manhattan, New York City will entail changes which aim at increasing the level of productivity, building competitive edge and realization of the organizational goals.
