Change theory was first formulated by Kurt Lewin’s and involved three distinct stages of its application. The unfreezing, moving and the refreezing stage. Implementing the Change Theory will result in the consumption of enormous resources both in the human and environmental sector. For instance, the change theory will suggest a change in the traditional ways of care delivery to modern forms; this indicates that new equipment has to be acquired which tend to be much expensive depending on the purpose of the machine. Also, without government intervention in medical insurance and coverage, the change will result into the increased cost for services which in turn will have a significant impact to the pockets of the patients and their families (Jackson, 2016). Evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy entails visiting and examining various positions in the facility to ascertain on the efficacy of the systems. For the strategy to be implemented and work effectively, various members of the organization have to be included in the entire process beginning from the decision-making stage to the implementation of the strategy in the facility.

Hence, the team members are advised to work close to one another and helping each other in their respective duties. This will help in smoothening the work for some people hence offering an effective care delivery.
