There will be research conducted to establish the positive economic, cultural and ethical implications of globalization on different business functions such as marketing, HR, operations, and accounting in the BBC. The objectives of this project are more effective and direct to coming up with a common goal of success. Implementation of the plan in the BBC Company will lead to a high business performance in some of its operations such as marketing, HR and accounting.

The impacts of globalization will also be long terms as they will be utilized in the organization for a long time. Project management plan A good project always needs a comprehensive and effective plan which will ensure its success and effective implementation. This project has a policy that covers some of the essential aspects such as cost, scope, time, quality, communication, risks and resources which are discussed in this section properly (William). Risks There are many risks which could impact or affect the project. The risks should therefore be identified and alleviated to increase the performance of the project. Some of the risks that the project might concur include the following: • Lack of enough information from the company which could be analyzed to produce effective results.

• Fear of information disclosure within the organization. • Risk of lack of corporation with the company staff. It will also focus on the positive impacts of globalization and establish whether organizations can benefit from them when implemented in its various operations such as marketing, operations, human resource, and accounting (Harold, and Kerzner). The research, therefore, will be carried out on the BBC organization where it will relate a proper understanding of the various impacts of globalization. Globalization can be defined as the process of organization integration which is implied in its operations and activities. There are many impacts of globalization such as ethical, economic and cultural. Some of the economic implications of globalization include product and service innovations which has been restructured to be more globalized and current regarding processing, distribution, and marketing.

Globalization has led to the smooth running of business operations more so economically where business have adopted new business models which make it easier for employees to adapt and work effectively. Moreover, globalization has also impacted on marketing as new marketing approaches have been developed and have implicated positively in many organizations. Also in accounting, there are new financial approaches and methods which are used by the organization to increase the credibility of funds and finances. Finally, the HR department also incorporates globalization which it satisfies by hiring competent employees who are advanced with new technology and global issues. The scope of the study The research will serve a significant purpose of creating an understanding of the positive impacts of business integration or globalization and how it can impact the organization itself.

Secondary data will also be collected from the company files which will be requested for. We will also use scholarly sources and articles to collect relevant data. Other sources will include magazines, newspapers, and other existing literature. Sampling Samples of the research will be collected from the employees of the BBC who will be the respondents of the study. Some 35 employees will be interviewed to come up with adequate data. There is a significant connection between globalization and the business success The analysis above shows a strong response of the employees who gave their opinions regarding the integration of globalization aspects in the business. 37% of the correspondents strongly agreed that globalization is strongly related to business success and 30% of them also agreed.

As we can see, form the analysis, many employees recognize the impacts of globalization and understands how it is connected to the business success which is a positive factor of globalization. Technology, therefore, is a significant globalization factor that is on the verge to spread across many businesses in the world today. Recommendations and results There are some recommendations based on this research that should be put in place to ensure proper implementation and effectiveness of the project in the BBC organization.
