One of the challenges that have been experienced by the firm is dealing with a dynamic market that does change now and then. Therefore, designing a better quality and productive strategy would ensure that the firm deals with some of these challenges it faces in the market as well as in the company. This has been seen in Nike and Adidas who have emulated best technologies to come up with some of the best products in the market. The use of big data to manage and track consumer's value for their health in exercise, sleep and nutrition would improve the quality of products offered to the consumers. Creating a better application for the consumers and management of the company to interact would be relevant for the firm to increase the quality of their production. The introduction of Speed Form Apollo shoe did revolutionize the industry in 2014. However, the firm can utilize technology to come up with the best quality products in the market that are not seen in any other company. The first one is to build a quality management system in the company. To improve the efficiency of the company, the company needs to ensure that the management does reduce costs and improvement in the revenues. Improving the human resource management should be the first aspect that the company should address. Better human resource is associated with an improvement in the quality and productivity of the company. The company would reduce costs such as employing so many people who end up eating into the company’s budget without making it productive. In 2018, the company did announce that it was going to cut 3 percent of the workforce to reduce costs in the firm. An announcement that led to a rise of 5 percent in shares has galvanized the firm in reducing workforce that is irrelevant to the organization.

This translates to 400 workers who risk losing their jobs. However, it is not about how many employment opportunities the firm can offer the market if it is not sustainable. Therefore, finding an athlete that relates well with the company goals and objectives would be the first step on increasing the popularity of the firm in the international market and hence the revenues. The company should partner with female athletes to market the company among female consumers after signing a deal with Memphis Depay, who is a former Manchester United winger (Lara, 2016). The company needs to set up programs to uplift the community and her customers to be healthy and financially stable to achieve the goal of making the community fit by the year 2020, A “patient” sponsorship program strategies in the community needs to be a priority to discover talents in the communities before they become stars. Providing the potential stars with an opportunity to give the company popularity in the future. Quality and Productivity Improvement Plan To achieve the recommendations mentioned above, the firm needs to ensure that it does increase the quality of the products in the company; it will have to adopt the use of better training and education for her workers (Adler, Brown, Dehejia, Domat & Robertson, 2017). The employees should be trained on effective management of customers as well as better communication skills to be able to interact well with the clients.

Better training in the skills in the company would also improve the type of the garments the employees produce. The use of the latest technologies in the firm to help the employees work well at their respective designations is an important aspect to enable the company to inspect the products in the company for the sake of authenticating their eligibility. Inspecting the products before they are taken into the market is an important feature as nothing even the machines can guarantee the firm on better quality of the apparels. Choosing the best layout in the company would also reduce the time taken for the products to be moved from one region to another. The use of an overhead transportation system is a better way for the company to be able to come up with better assembly and movements of the workers in the production room. It is also important to open more retail shops that sell the products close to the consumers to reduce the time of ordering and delivery. It is relevant for the firm to initiate technologies such as Consumer Relation Management and software applications to increase the relationships between the consumers and the employees as well as the management of the firm, This will give the management the feedback on which part they are doing well and how they could improve on their shortfalls in the firm.
