Scope issues is considered one of the main reasons why most of the projects always fail. Scope management plan is very important for any project to be successfully done. In case a project is managed without any scope management plan, the stakeholders tend to assume that the project is running as per their expectations and in most cases, the results or rather the outcome always contradicts their expectations. The project charter of a project offers the statement of objective of that specific project, (Milat et al, 2012). The project charter is therefore the input that describes the statement of work of a project. On the other hand, the project management plan is a list of sub-plans that have been listed in order to help in influential planning and management scope of the project, (Milat et al, 2012). It primarily acts as a baseline that is referred to as a descriptive importance of a scope management plan, (Milat et al, 2012). However, there are three tools and techniques used in scope management plan. These tools are expert judgement, data analysis, and meetings, (Milat et al, 2012). It is through this tools that the project manager or rather the stakeholders are able to professionally handle and complete a project through a satisfying manner.

By the use of this techniques, the scope management plan is effectively highlighted especially when handling projects in order to meet the complete the specified tasks of the projects and satisfy the expectations of the clients, (Bruce & Langdon, 2009). Therefore, since a project scope is defined as a work or rather tasks that need to be completed in order to deliver an expected result or rather product and services, there should be some specified features that help in mapping highlighting the expectations of the managers, (Milat et al, 2012). Schedule development was used also and the primary objective was based on the results of the preceding project time management processes. Through the use of CPM the project was analyzed to take 23 days. The network plan was effective in helping the team managers and team members to be able to arrive to a clear obejctifiable time plan.

The main idea of the tem was to deliver the project within three weeks and this was equally achieved through the use of work breakdown structure that helped in breaking down the tasks to be completed based on phases, time and budget. The tasks were divided into two, product, and project management. The meeting tool is comprised of the project sponsors, project managers as well as other involved stakeholders and team members. The meeting will therefore help in bring them together so that the in charge persons can be able to discuss and finalize with the final components and aspects that are required to come up with a management plan, (Project Management Institute, 2018). Scalability of Processes used in Team Senet Context The scalability of the processes used in project context refer to the capabilities of the models or approach used in handling a project being able to smoothly operate or rather increasing amount of work by it being enlarged in order to accommodate such amount.

The processes of a project plan need to be scalable in order to satisfy the requirements of the paper. A scalable plan will make it easier for the project to run. The model use was agile approach, one of the team projects models that focuses on analyzing a project in three categories, very complex, typical project or simple project, (Milat et al, 2012). Through such model, the stakeholders were in a position to identify specific expectations based on collected information during the project scope preparations and also during analysis of results. Comparisons of Tools and Techniques used based on Working Environment or Literature A good scope management plan needs to be based on providing value to the project. Some of the projects are based on the PMBOK models though it is advised to mechanize a model based on the information given by the stakeholders and experts in the field of interested, (Project Management Institute, 2018).

There are several ways that can be used to develop a scope management plan, however, standardizing the process is dependent of the information collected from the expert judgement, (Bruce & Langdon, 2009). Therefore, the outputs of a scope management plan are dependent of two components; components of developing scope management plan, and requirements of management plan, (Milat et al, 2012). After identify the components required, it is important to consider the requirements too. In this area, main focus will be based in activity planning, tracking and reporting. Identification of how changes will be initiated in the project will also be put into consideration. The processes that are used should be viable and specific since scope management plan is a management tool that has effectiveness in helping the stakeholders to be able to adjust the baselines of a project based on the activities to make sure they align to the specified guidelines and objectives.

What need to be included in the scope statement? 3. What need to be included in scope baseline? 4. How will the information be validated? 5. How will the scope be controlled? According to Bruce and Langdon (2009), a mapping tool will help in projecting the results that can be delivered based on the approved budget and timeframe using the available resources. In the Team Senet’s context, setting a project is one of the most difficult part of project management. All the tasks that are always completed in a project are always in the scope. Depending with the field of the project, documenting the requirements of the projects is another important principle. Proper documentation of requirements in a detailed scope statement. This principle helps most of the companies and teams to be able to save a lot of budget.
