It has evolved as a competitive strategy used by different care facilities (Bleich, 2012). Through this reform, the doctors find it ideal to improve their response to the patient’s health-related cases. Besides, it has proven effective in the management of unnecessary spending that has dominated the American system.

It targets the marginal value for patients through the coordination of network partners – physicians, doctors, pharmacists, and nurses. Thus, taking part in multiple clinical ventures will open avenues for the nurses to address all aspects of societal lifespan. Unfortunately, nurses have lacked a common ground through they can air their concerns, making it almost impossible to promote effectiveness in their daily operations.
