A majority often rush into making the decision of being an entrepreneur thinking it is a direct ticket to success. However, the reality about entrepreneurship normally hits them when they realize that things are not working out for them as anticipated. Conceivably, such people are often too focused on fitting into an entrepreneur's shoes without taking time to meditate what it really means to be an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship requires the drive, hard work and the pursuit of success; attributes that most people lack. In order to achieve something, an entrepreneur must be an innovator and innovate with the drive to succeed. Either way, an entrepreneur is prepared for anything, to suffer losses and to enjoy profits. To be an entrepreneur one should not fear the possibility of losing investments but rather take it as a good risk which has all the potentials to bring in good returns. This is the mindset that a successful entrepreneur should have. It is very true that one person may not be able to run a big business successfully alone and that is why large corporations have employees who help in the running of the business operations. Similarly, future entrepreneurs will want to start big business ventures. This will mean that they will have to employ other people to help them in the management and running their operations. Future entrepreneurs will be the financial analysts of their companies.

The reason why the forthcoming entrepreneurs will take this role is that currently, entrepreneurs have realized that most businesses fail because of their financial health (Kyndt & Baert, 2015). As such, future entrepreneurs will likely to be more ambitious than the current ones. In an attempt to realize one’s dreams as an entrepreneur, an individual must be ambitious. It is up to an entrepreneur to envision what he or she wants and they have an ambition for it (Hayton and Kelley, 2006). Once an entrepreneur starts up a business and keeps it running, he or she must maintain the ambition throughout as before. However, not all entrepreneurs can be this ambitious because as the technology advances, many people are becoming lazy. Empathy is a personal value that not so many people possess.

This era is one in which everyone is usually concerned about themselves and not the other people around them. Empathy is more of caring about other people and what they deal with. This requires that an entrepreneur in his or her leadership capacity should be able to understand the people he works with. Understanding employees make it easy for them to rely on their employer which is the entrepreneur. Everything in business goes well when the business owner is smart and ready to put in a lot of efforts and take risks. Conclusion In conclusion, future entrepreneurs must get into business with their main concern being the sustainable development goals that the world wants to achieve. While innovating, future entrepreneurs should put the environment into consideration and re-evaluate any business activity that is not in line with the preservation of the environment and the achievement of these goals.

Embracing the desired entrepreneurial role, values and attributes will ensure that they get into business with the right practices and attitude which is aimed at making the world a better place.
