Leading should also provide the subjects with an opportunity to grow their skills and abilities in a way that they can meet the goals and objectives of an organization. As a leader, I would apply the transformational leadership model because it will give an opportunity to change the workers in the nursing practice. The model requires more adjustments as one undertakes their different roles. I would apply this model in ensuring that workforce keeps on making positive changes that will improve performance through increased productivity. In this case, a focus on quality will give directions on how to handle the employees and a way of encouraging them regardless of the tough situations that they face. However, in the case of the autocratic leadership, the leaders do not consider the suggestions made by employees while making decisions that will affect the organization's operations in the long term (Ebener, 2010).

In the case of a democratic leadership model, the leader will always consult the employees before making the final decision that will impact on the overall performance of a corporation. Servant leadership encourages sharing of power while in the case of autocratic leadership, power belongs to the leader and is not shared regardless of the situation. In the case of democratic leadership, the leader does not share power with the followers but allows them to participate so that they can help him in making the right decisions related to organizational operations. Servant leadership stands out as the leadership method that encourages employees to develop leadership skills that help them in making decisions as they undertake their daily operations. The autocratic leadership method, for instance, will ensure that all employees follow the guidelines provided to enhance the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Sometimes, the employees may not want to follow orders thus keep on conflicting with each other. However, through the autocratic leadership method, it will become possible to forcefully implement some orders. On the other hand, the democratic leadership method will enable the employees to feel appreciated as they will participate in the decision-making activity (Bhattacharyya & Jha, 2018). This will create efficiencies in implementing changes in the working environment. The action plan will look into various activities that will lead to improvement. Below is the action plan; Objectives Tasks Success criteria Time Frame Resources Accommodating the needs of all employees Interacting with employees to know their needs Ability to make employees feel in the right place and appreciated for the various roles that they play in the firm One month Required machinery or equipment to handle various tasks Creating a healthy working environment Resolving conflicts among the employees Successful work teams in the corporation Two months Providing benefits and remuneration to employees fairly Supporting and growing skills Training and development for all workers Improved organizational performance contributed by developed skills among workers One month but on- job Finances and training professionals to facilitate the success of the activity.
