Cooperation will be the source of many solutions to various problems which the members may encounter as they work in the health organisation. Teamwork boosts members morale. It makes employees feel they are working as a team and this will make them achieve goals which will benefit the organisation. It can motivate them to work extra harder so that they don't disappoint each other. Balances responsibilities with team members. A contradiction can lead to a waste of time in negotiation instead of arguments and looking for agreements among the team members. b) After doing work in a hospital for six months, then selected to lead the team to conduct hand-washing audits on all the nursing units. Who will you want To be on your side and why? The health practitioners who interact with people easily, motive them and can add value to the team.

They should also be friendly. Working with such people will make the working environment comfortable. e) Describe a moment when you experienced cultural incompetence in the delivery of health care. What could have been done to prevent that incident? When going for a medical check at health care, I witnessed doctors refused to treat patients who had language barriers and were not able to communicate their problems to the doctors. The patients also had dirty clothes which contribute to negligence by the doctors. The managers and health care need to provide training to its workers so that they gain knowledge on how to handle and serve patient satisfactorily. The managers should also train patients on effective communication with Health Care workers.

You are locating clinics in geographical places which patients from all communities can access easily to factor in certain populations in the city. The health care adopted Care Fund to capture a new market and ensure they are at the same level as well-managed health cares. It is only the Hispanic manager who protected the patients. The other managers gave feedback that Asians barely speak English.
