The primary aim of the study was hence to identify those women nursing teams and focus on how they are related with their organizations and the general work experience. For a staff to enjoy working at an organization, he or she must feel appreciated and well recognized by the management for his or her achievements. Therefore, rewards and promotion and recognition play a vital role on the self-esteem of an employee in any given organization. Review of the Literature The article bases its literature on analyzing the level with which hetero-perception and self-perception impact identification in an organization and the experiences of suffering and pleasure of female nurses at two major clinics in Belo Horizonte/MG.

According to past journals, nursing has been categorized as a primarily female and also arithmetically represented career in the medical context (Vieira, Alves, Monteiro & Garcia, 2013). Another hospital, labeled B is the non-profit that offers care to persons brought forward by health indemnities and the SUS and provides 360 beds, with the 1500 member team. The nursing team was provided with a self-administered questionnaire to complete and feedback given back within two weeks. Additionally, all the participants were assured that the surveys they would participate on were anonymous and only known to them. According to Vieira et al. Research Conclusion Finally, the overall objective of the paper was to assess the impact of hetero-perception and self-perception on the work identification and the feelings of suffering and pressure of the female nursing team staff at two general hospitals. In summary, the identification variable wields an extensive positive effect on the feelings of pleasure and a negative effect on the feelings of suffering. Then again, no particular causal link could be got between hetero-perception and self-perception and the organizational identification. In simple terms, it cannot be proven that the more affirmative the hetero- and self-perception and the much greater the arrangement between both, the greater the person’s level of identification with the business will be.

This hence is to mean that the attained results cannot be related to any other study since there exists no other researches at that given time. By doing so, they will have the motif and the “good will” to care for the patients. Additionally, when the feeling of pleasure outweighs the feeling of suffering then nurses have a chance to offer quality services. Therefore, the presented evidence informs the nursing practice in that it sets a standard and an approach through which organizations have to motivate nurses and enable them offer top notch nursing services. Review of the Literature In the past, various studies have been done on the management of acute pains within the hospital settings. The results from these studies might not apply to the chronic pain felt from the osteoarthritis, therefore a study needed to be done. More than fifty articles were cited from past research. The article bases its literature on analyzing the significance of helping patients talk openly about their pain and describe it to the health practitioners or any available medical counselors. Cedraschi et al. , (2013) makes use of the qualitative research techniques to explore members' discernments and portrayals of their OA pain.

These strategies made it conceivable to the patients not to worry, all through the meetings, that the objective was to share however much data as could be expected, as unreservedly as could be expected under the circumstances, and in their own words. Data Analysis To assess the perceptions of the participants and the descriptions of their OA pain, qualitative research methods were utilized. Research Conclusion The authors’ conclusion was that pain was a direct symptom of OA. They gave a clear and uncomplicated dialog of the discoveries.
