A significant proportion of employees in falling from heights prone organizations encounter these holes, which makes them vulnerable to falling associated health risks such as concussions, bone fractures among others. Falling on water tanks, trucks, vehicles and building machinery in the surrounding has also been established as a major cause of death resolving from working at heights. Hatchways and the deep floors are also rated among the major risks. Although control measures to reduce the risks associated with the established causes has been developed, some situations have been termed as unavoidable which has resulted to further research and development of strategies to govern the unavoidable measures.

Other height vulnerable employees remain unprotected which again raises the need for further studies and idea development, B. The current problem Company statistics for a numerous number of farms have indicated that employee disutility associated with the falling amount to 30 to 40% of all disabilities. This hence shows that the leading cause of employee turnover in companies associated with working from heights is the risk of falling. The risks, therefore, pose a significant threat both to employee welfare and to overtime organizational productivity and overtime growth. The reduction of these threats in order to increase employee satisfaction and hence increase organizational productivity has occurred as a result. C. Research Question Q1. Rationale of Research & Research Ethics The rationale for working at heights is the enhancement of employee safety and increment of their overall health welfare. Various researches have aimed at suggesting measures for the prevention of work-related accidents and hence safeguarding the health of the worker's overtime. This research also aims at generating increased measure through which the safety of employees working at heights can be increased. In other words, the study aims at generating an effective fall prevention plan to prevent hitting hard surfaces in case of falls.

CHAPTER TWO: LITERATURE REVIEW A. Which fall prevention plan component contributes most to the work at height issues? According to (Kaskutas et al pg. 296), ignorance and lack of sufficient knowledge on part of the workers on efficient fall control measures is the leading cause of fall-related health complications and deaths. Ignorance and lack of insight pertaining the essentiality of protecting themselves from falls also increases the risks, as workers continually use the wrong equipment, ignore guideline and fail to use the various protection measures even with prior knowledge of the risks associated with the job. The study, however, fails to give suggestions on the remedies for this cause. Effective monitoring and employee surveillance is an effective "fall prevention plan" that a number of institutions have invested in to protect their employees from falling.

(Chi, Han, and Kim, 2012 pg. 45) Workers entitled to working from heights usually utilize a variety of equipment. Many of this equipment is heavy and hence increases the risk of concussion and fractures in case they fall on the workers. Such equipment may not be established by the firm's fall prevention procedure. Based on their assertions, the researcher is able to make conclusions and hence recommendations on how a certain issue can be solved. Census method can be used while performing this type of research, where the views of the entire population affected by the subject in questions are collected and accordingly analyzed. On the other hand, the sampling method can be applied where a smaller group of the affected population is randomly selected and data collected and analyzed to obtain particular views an insights.

The census method, despite being cumbersome, time-consuming and costly, it is more reliable and unbiased, as the views of every affected individual are collected. Also, the larger the sample size, the more accurate the data is. iop. org. 2018, pg. Interviews and questionnaires are also costly and the consuming. This method will be used to collect firsthand information pertaining to the effects of heat on welfare and risks associated with working at heights, questionnaires will be issued for the reliability and unbiasedness. 3 Managers, 3 Trainers will be interviewed and 20 workers from each of 3 different trades such as architectural, electrical and mechanical industries will answer questionnaires. C. The technique of Data Collection 1. Interviews with the 3 managers and 3 trainers 2. Surveys with 6 Supervisors from respective groups given the questionnaires.

The leading causes of falling from heights were established as falling on rough surfaces, falling objects, uncovered holes and falling on excavators. These were established also as a major cause of deaths among the employees. Falling from heights was also established as a major reason for employee turnover and early retirements in these firms. A majority of the previous workers had suffered instances of falling from heights and had health impairments such as concussions and fractures at one time.
