A life research project
There are many elements of physical wellness that when one maintains all of them, the physical wellness becomes more comfortable. The reason being one is able to balance the physical activities, nutrition and also mental of the body top conditions. These are some of the reasons why I like physical wellness as it pertains directly to my life. Some of the factors that bring me joy are when I get to exercise all the factors that are needed to make sure that physical wellness is complete and it makes me feel comfortable. Some of them include: sleep; it common that for a healthy body, one requires to sleep around 8 hours to have a healthy body. Another factor involved is hygiene, this is the action that is taken to maintain the health and prevent disease (World Health Organization, 2014).
This goes around with all the daily activities that one gets involved in such as; washing of the hands, brushing teeth and flossing. By maintaining all these factors one is able to have quality hygiene. The last factor is the relaxation, it helps one acquire mental benefits that is, making the right decisions, keeping the body out of tension among others. Therefore, having all these factors that promote the physical wellness, I am able to acquire the joy I require. It can end up being a disorder due to the increased anxiety of losing something or when to get. Another cause of stress is depression that I go through due to loss of interest in various factors. Being not financially stable makes me avoid some of the things that I was used to.
The need of having them back triggers depression which is a problem as it can affect me mentally. All these factors are related to each other in a way that getting myself to overcome them it becomes a problem thus being the cause of stress. Being empowered helps one archive goals that seemed impossible and also the cause of stress (Seaward, 2017). Being empowered also encourages one to come up with new ideas that he or she feels that they can help to move one from one ground to another. By this, one becomes joyful due to the achievements that he or she has been able to archive yet they seemed impossible. Financial problems have been one of the main causes of my stress. The problem has been rising due to the needs that are required to be carried out exceeding the financial status or being at the edge.
By this, it simply means I may be faced with the stress that even when I have the required funds I cannot be able to utilize them in the manner that is required or the one that is appropriate. Therefore, having a counselor who can guide during financial decisions is very important to broaden my mind. My aim is to be physically well, that is to have a better health, mental, physical and emotional. As I have discussed, my physicality has been affected in various ways. But through the knowledge that I have acquired, I can be able to achieve my goals that have been limited due to a failure of knowing how to handle the situation. To maintain good mentality and emotions, am required to be happy that is being joyful.
This can help my mind to remain relaxed in a manner no stress or anything that can disturb my calmness. Also, being joyful can help to remain in a positive in a manner that I do not get moody. Maintaining emotions helps one to face various challenges and cope with how the situations how they are. Other factors that I can use to maintain my physical health are such as; getting enough sleep, having a good diet, relaxing and maintaining hygiene (Hoeger, 2018). The knowledge of maintaining happiness from one level to another is very essential and it helps one cope with the daily changes of life. Also, by understanding how to maintain the financial status ensure that one develops him or herself in a manner that expenses and needs do not exceed what one earns.
