Effective decision critical thinking

This is done to increase production and profit making in that organisation. Several companies and organisation outsource some tasks to other companies. Several services such as technology, communication, and programming can be outsourced. This activity involves using third party providers, such as technological companies to perform information technology services and logistics services in the company. Companies outsource to lower the costs, increase the production rate and time and also improve its efficient in goods and services production. As the manager of the company have been asked to outsource a certain group on my company to go to another country. The country which am supposed to outsource is Chile. This country is located on South America and is one of the leading producer of electronic goods and services in the Latin America.

The country has requested we outsource a group to their country which will help the country’s manufacturing companies make high profits and produce also more goods and services. We have been requested to assist a certain company in the country by the name Sayona Manufacturing Company. As the manager I will also check whether the company needs mobile developers who are highly skilled. As the manager also I will think of the technology and infrastructure in the country Chile. This will make me understand the transportation of their finished goods and services from one place to another one and mostly taking the products to the market place. This will make identify the alternative solutions which can be given to our company rather than outsourcing. As the manager am also supposed to define a clear objective to our company.

This will make me easy to determine whether to have outsourcing at Chile or just cancel it. Setting an outsourcing recommendations will help me determine the feasibility of outsourcing processes and functions of my group which will be taken to Chile and specifically in Sayona Manufacturing Company. As the manager am also going to determine the amount salary they are going to pay or skilled workers and determine whether they work and also a share the Sayona Company will offer to us. As the manager it will difficult to make this decision, I can make a decision which can lead to uncertain outcomes and this can affect our company’s products and services thus reducing the profits. In making this decision I will also identify all the factors which can lead to a good decision making.

I will communicate with the workers and see whether they are willing to be taken to Sayona Manufacturing Company which located far from our company. Through communication I will be able to acquire from the managers of Sayona Company about the workers environment. This will ensure me whether the working conditions is the best for our workers and who are used in our suitable working conditions in our organisation. Through communication with my workers we can collaborate and see their views concerning the matter. Through collaboration I can show them how is important in working to another country and this will make them acquire skills and experience in manufacturing companies. The final decision must be favourable to high percentage of the workers so that they can feel their job rights are not violated.
