I would divide them into two groups of 350 expectant women each where the first 350 antenatal females would be made to smoke two packets in two weeks while the second group of another 350 expecting women would be exposed to cigarette smoking for the same number of days. The work will dwell on summarizing the research methodology from the findings and the remedies which are necessary from the authors. Background This study is very critical to the modern society as effects of cigarette smoking are emerging to be a threat to the Asian community due to the lots of deaths that are brought by it. Cigarette smoking is leading to more than one-fifth of causes of death related to heart conditions in Asia alone (Martin & Inciardi, 2001).

Cigarette smoking has led to heart diseases to the unborn baby, for instance cancer and obstructive pulmonary infections. Research Design The research will be conducted through sampling from the reaction that will be realized from the pregnant women by using keywords like passive and active smokers, exposed and non-exposed and finally cigarette smoking. A criterion will be, the research findings must be about cigarette smoking, and they have to include the vast effects that are brought by cigarette smoking. After filtering the findings, the information will be sectioned, and the conclusion is drawn from the various frequencies of the factors or the issues (Hoyt, 2013). Findings From the databases analysis, we drew out some facts that relate to cigarette smoking in pregnant women.

The facts were picked on their frequency from the analyzed sources as well as the amount of data that had attached to them. Discussion Quite some women yearn to separate themselves from tobacco smoking, and they have tried several opportunities to make sure that they don’t expose their kids to ill health. Therefore if one is exposed to smoking tobacco has been realized to affect the lungs of the fetus there is need for smoking to be avoided. This hence affects the lungs of the baby when they grow as adults. Among the solutions that can be used to avoid this is abstaining from cigarette smoking.
