Risks in the pharmaceutical companies associated with specks of dust have essential methodologies in which individuals would be able to deal with it. This is mostly categorized into technical and organizational aspects such as the building features of such companies, the production activities as well as the allocation of tasks and its execution in the production process (Goldacre, 2014). The risks dynamics for workers within this companies mainly depends on the possible dynamics of incidence within the production line. Some situations might be generated frequencies while others have the potential to trigger further risks which were not initially identified in the risk management process. The investments in production facilities often have a long lifetime. Method The research project was aimed at analyzing the research topic by three risks categories which though has been singularly accessed as one, has not been confronted from an integrated point of view.

The evaluation of this topic was done based on the influence of the design, and the architectural buildings of the plant can influence or considered as an influence in active specks of dust risks within the industrial plant, Torre Annunziata. Because the architectural design is hardly used in the assessment of risks, this research identified some ad-hoc protocol that needed to be followed by(Ågerstrand, 2015). This involved an estimate of the architectural risk survey which consists of the site and the building, the definition of the architectural components of the building and finally the ergonomic risks that are associated with work task formalization, task layout and the protocol for the risk assessment within the company. For this research, the RULA has been utilized.

The evaluator of this task should be able to prepare the required assessment by evaluating and asking the question the interviewee. What needs to be considered at this stage is the posture that the worker takes and the movement is within the upper torso as the work is in process. The selection on the task that should be evaluated by the respondents should start with the most difficult tasks, the posture that the worker routinely supports for a long period of time and the posture that the highest force occurs within the work process. During the process, one side is assessed at a given time. After a given evaluation has been done, the evaluator can then be able to determine whether both sides should be assessed or only one should be assessed.

In this example, the posture is not sustained for more than 10 minutes, and not repeated 4x per minute. Therefore, the score is 0 Step 7. In this example, the load is greater than 4. 4 lbs. and repeated. One of the significant results of the research is that the musculoskeletal disorders are not of primary concern for the workers despite the fact the uncomfortable working conditions is one reason why most of the workers would stand in the corridors obstructing traffic within the plant. Another significant result of this study is the integration of the work process, both the physical and the organizational aspect. Most of the workers in the organization reported that they do not fit in the layout which gives rise to physical and emotional risks for workers within the manufacturing process.

The workers reported such issues such as the mixed use of the corridors anworkwork habits as some of the factors that increase risks within the production process.
