Gospel of Mark The Gospel of Mark has been prearranged into seven segments that explains the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. The first section starts with a citation of the prophecy in the Old Testament where John the Baptist prophesized the imminent of the Messiah. It is at this gospel of Mathew where Jesus states the Golden Rule which says “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. ” That was sated in the Sermon on the Mount.
