This has been presented in the four gospels which include, the Gospels of Mark, Mathew, John and Luke. Gospel of Mark The Gospel of Mark has been prearranged into seven segments that explains the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. The first section starts with a citation of the prophecy in the Old Testament where John the Baptist prophesized the imminent of the Messiah. It likewise provides specifics with the baptisms and lure of Jesus Christ. In Mark 1:14-20 is the section of the Bible where Jesus calls Simon Peter and Andrew to shadow Jesus Ministry and the other disciples. Finally, it reveals Jesus to be performing Miracles such as in Mark 4:39 where he calmed the boat that broke after the eruption of surfs, "He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down, and it was completely calm".

One of the most significant facts of the Gospel of Marks when Jesus was able to overcome death after his resurrection from the Tomb. Gospel of John The gospel of John is one of the four gospels in the New Testament of the Canonical Tradition. However, being a canonical the gospel of John is considered to be a normative text as revealed to the most well-known text John 3:16, “For God so loved the World that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” Jesus has been given different names , John 6:35 says that “For the Bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world”. In the gospel of John, Jesus has been considered with his divinity; it has claimed that Jesus divinity is explicit from the outset.

In this gospel, Jesus emerges as a teacher, a teacher of the wisdom, someone confident with what he is teaching, ethical teaching. From the portrait, it shows a man holding a book, showing how dangerous he is in the word of God. He is carrying a large book proving he is an educate d person. From the New Testament, we learn that the writer of the Gospel of Luke was a polished person, Colossians 4: 14 indicate that he was Physician. It states "Our dear friend Luke, the doctor, and Demas send greetings. Mathew was regarded as a tax collector before joining Jesus; he gives his account to which Jesus performed miracles. It should be noted that Mathew is one of the most quoted verses of the Bible; it contains the Beatitudes (Mathew 5:1-10) and the Lord’s Prayer (Mathew 6:9-13).

It is at this gospel of Mathew where Jesus states the Golden Rule which says “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. ” That was sated in the Sermon on the Mount. The gospel of Mathew presents some significant facts establishing Jesus Christ as the Defender that was prophesized in the Old Testament. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. ” Application of the Portraits to the Modern Church and Society With the Gospel of John, it indicates that Jesus meant that Jesus Christ was the Christ, the Son of God. From the portrait of Gospel of John, Saint John is seen to be blocked by the book but finds his way out to see who the source of the gospel is.
