Generally, spirituality originated from Christianity. In the past decades, spiritual was regarded as ‘fleshly' meaning something contrary to the spirit of God. This concept existed over a long till until middle Ages in European. It is until then the definition of spirituality changed to a holistic manner. In the world we are living in today, spiritualties are different with different religious groups such as Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Islam as well as Jewish. He was an active member of the school band to an extent that teachers would press on him to concentrate in his classwork. He also studied at Washington University and Tufts University as well. Afterward, he then furthered his studies by taking an acting-related course. He graduated on an acting program at NYU's. It made him spend most of his time doing theater in his place of residence as overseas.

This shows he was happy as well trying of being good to others. Secondly, it is said that his career was paying him quite good of money. Thriving is a common element to individuals filled with the power of spirituality (Sheldrake, 47-49). This because it is through religious teachings that one is given hopes to attain great achievements in life. Being a religious leader, one believes that it is out hard work that one will achieve a great life according to their aspirations. Relating the life of Rainn to the thriving nature of spirituality, all through what he did was to keep on working hard to achieve a great future. One does not need to sit down to wait for great achievements. As a result, through the power of sexuality he is guided to be involved in minor operations that helped him get some amount of cash, jobs he awaited for his major profession.

v) Quest for meaning The quest for meaning is the final characteristics that Sheldrake discussed in his book of Spirituality. He made us know that spirituality aims at aiming a specific goal on its true meaning. The true meaning of spirituality can be achieved by the way one presents him/herself before others (Hill, 66). For instance, Rainn made sure through his lifestyle he had defined whom he was through his actions. The good thing about the site was that he paid no rent. Through such kind of difficulties, this did not make him give up in future. He continued working hard to achieve his goals. By so doing he sets a good example to each person to realize that it is good to know that, challenges are not made to cut our dreams short but to act as stepping stones to a better tomorrow.
