One of the historical research that violated the rights of the participants is the Willowbrook Study. This research was conducted to establish how the infectious hepatitis was related to these children historically. This research was done in a controlled circumstance and the parents of these children were not allowed to admit their children in this facility unless they allowed their children to participate in the study. In this regard , this research failed in one way or the other to put the rights of the participants into consideration. For example, the researchers did not give the participants the freedom to participate without being forced to do so. One of the ways through I will ensure that the participants are protected is through showing respect for participants.

In this regard , I will recognize their personal dignity as well as autonomy. I will seek informed consent from these participants because they are people who should deserve respect. In addition , I will ensure that the participants are duly protected from any potential harm because the safety of the participants is of very important. Moreover , I will make sure that justice prevails because it is important to treat all the participants in a fair manner and the benefits as well as the burden of the research should be equally shared by the participants. We have other studies which are in one way or the other related to this study. For example, according to Somatunga et al (2015). It is evident that CQI has witnessed a great revolution in the last two decades.

In this regard, CQI has emphasized the improvement of every area of the healthcare facility. It is crucial for the healthcare organizations to demonstrate a culture of quality improvement as well as patient’s safety. The intervention will not be carried out with the aim of collecting date because it will only be used to provide the participants with some skills concerning CQI program. Time of involvement The participants will take part in the study for only 2 hours in order to allow them to continue with their work. There will be a 40mins of interacting with the participants and the other part of the time will be for participant’s involvement in the study. In addition, I will use secondary data that has been collected by different researchers. The collected data will then be preserved in a stored room that has no access to outsiders I and my advisor will be the only people allowed to handle the collected data The data will only be stored for a minimum of 4 years and then it will be destroyed Benefits as well as risks for the participants The risks will very minimal compared to the benefits. The only risk involved is loss of time on the part of the participants when participating in the study. In addition, they may have fatigue during the study. The advantage of this study to the participants is that the study will be beneficial to them and the research will be used for further studies.

This will be a cross-sectional as well as hospital-based research carried out in various selected hospitals. Workers who work in these health facilities like a nurse, doctors, and other support workers will be included in this study. Self-administered questionnaires will be used to collect the data from the participants. I am targeting 378 participants who will take part in filling out these questionnaires. Introduction My topic of research will involve critical factors affecting the CQI program on Healthcare in both state and county hospitals. Generally, this topic is important because it provides answers to the following questions. What might be the impact of teamwork on the CQI program? What is the impact of proper management on the CQI program? What is the impact of good leadership on the CQI program? What is the impact of a proper monitoring system on the CQI program? It is clear that these questions will be needed in providing the management and the QI team with information concerning some of the factors affecting CQI program on healthcare.

In this regard, teamwork is needed among the QI team because teamwork enables the team members to work hard. Also, regular monitoring of CQI program is important because it informs the management about the progress of the CQI program. In this regard, proper leadership, as well as good management, is highly needed in quality management because they ensure that the QI team is well coordinated and monitored. The tasks and the workflows that are involved in this program are essential when it comes to determining the quality of the output. The output consists of the outcome of providing health care to the patient. The output is what comes after the change of the patient's status. It is essential for any hospital to ensure that "Total Quality Management" is observed.

(2017), it is imperative for the healthcare facilities to come up with a culture of quality improvement as well as a patient safety because this is the critical role that should be played by all healthcare providers.

According to Bailie et al. (2017), CQI approaches are currently increasingly applied in healthcare for best practice as well as to enhance population health results. According to this study, it was established that CQI strategies are aimed at carrying out various processes in order to find out some of the quality problems, come up with the solution to these problems as well as implementing and evaluating various changes to enhance quality improvement in healthcare. Application of CQI in healthcare is very evident because in the recent years. The healthcare sector has witnessed improvement when it comes to the delivery of healthcare services. The outcome of this study generally reveals that QI methods have many benefits when it comes to the improvement of health care.

I addition, this study took into consideration some of the costs associated with this program. For example, the study concluded that this program resulted in the loss of revenues in the healthcare facilities. In this regard, it is very difficult to implement this program in some of the hospitals that have limited resources. The healthcare organizations that are lacking enough resources have competing demands and they do not allocate enough resources for implementing the CQI program. CQI is one of the QI approaches that has brought about great development in the healthcare system. Moreover, this study recognizes the CQI program to have been in existence since the 1980s. In addition, the structural dimension was also identified in the study when it comes to implementation of the CQI program in Ontario.

Structural dimension in this study mainly deals with effective platforms of communication that in one way or the other enhance the learning process in most of the healthcare facilities found in the US. In this regard, the CQI program in Ontario is generally supported by various communication platforms like committees and communication groups, leadership, healthcare specialists as well as the ministry. The study established that almost every local level healthcare providers emphasized teamwork. For example, participation and teamwork among the healthcare workers are key in these hospitals. These hospitals adopted a flattened structure because every member was important when it comes to decision making. The subjects will be drawn from the selected hospitals. The number of selected hospitals will be 32 and this involves both the county and state hospital. The total participants will be 378. It is the responsibility of every researcher to ensure that the rights of every participant are protected. The pre-testing of the questionnaires will be carried out in one of the County hospitals, and the questionnaires will be filled individually. This will be hospital-based research, and it will cover both the County and State hospitals. This will comprise 20 County Hospitals and 12 State Hospitals.

10 % of the workers will be used as the sample population. In this regard, we have 378 healthcare workers, and 38 workers will participate in the study because only 10 percent of the population will be used'. The participants were assured of the privacy. Regression analysis will also be used in analyzing the data. Regression model will be used here to show the correlation between the dependent as well as the explanatory or independent variables. The regression line will basically be used in determining if the relationships that have been found are strong or weak. Discussion This research looks at some of the factors affecting the CQI program on Healthcare. The management should be in a position to solve any problem that might affect the delivery of health services.

A skilled management is able to deliver the best services to the patients. The management should exhibit the best leadership skills in order to ensure the smooth running of the organization because good leadership is very important when it comes to the smooth running of any given healthcare organization. Proper monitoring is also key in ensuring that the safety of the patients and improvement of the delivery of health services is significantly improved. On the other hand, this study will enable the health practitioners to identify some of the key factors that in one way or the other hinder implementation of the CQI program in many hospitals (Ettorchi-Tardy et al 2012). In this regard, the study should employ observation as an additional method of data collection because the questionnaires in one way or the other can leave vital information.

Moreover, the research in one way or the other lacks internal or external validity. For example, the research is subject to lack of internal validity due to the fact it is subject to errors resulting from the biases of the respondents. In addition, it cannot provide accurate information because it fails to focus on the federal hospitals that have completely embraced CQI program. In this regard, the results obtained from this study cannot generalize the CQI program in all hospitals (Taylor et al 2014). In addition, in most cases, some of the factors affecting the CQI program in federal hospitals are not found in County and local hospitals. In this regard, other researchers should focus on the federal hospitals in order to come up with more factors that affect the CQI program on healthcare.

Another question that needs to be answered by other studies is some of the barriers related to the implementation of the CQI program and how hospitals can address these challenges. Other studies should conduct research on different areas where we have different economic and social factors because the CQI program is mostly affected by diverse factors from the government level to the hospital level.
