Vegetarianism is a quite important trend that is taking shape in every part of the world, and quite beneficial to the life of an individual. The research topic has been massively backed by the economics, sociology and historical aspects of vegetarianism. These aspects will be important in proving the health benefits of vegetarianism in society and should be supported and incorporated by different cultures into their daily lives as opposed to the common lifestyles of regular meat consumption. Vegetarianism has great health benefits for human beings, and this can be determined by the health benefits that it offers. It is essential to understand the history of vegetarianism, particularly its popularity and evolution in society to the extent that it has steadily grown to take shape in almost every part of the world.

These hormones are responsible for the widespread of human diseases such as cancers and infections. Therefore, this makes it quite essential to properly ensure the elimination of meat consumption to improve the living standards and improve the general human health (Srivastava & Vankar, 2017). Besides, elimination of meat consumption is important in strengthening the health system of individuals in society by avoiding the disease-causing organisms through the additional unhealthy hormones into their body. It is quite a common activity to listen to stories where hormones are used to activate the fast growth of animals for human consumption. It is these hormones that human consumption in meat foods and later start suffering from multiple diseases and illnesses that are quite a life-threatening in modern society.

Besides, vegetarianism is proved to have the ability to effectively reducing the risks of particular diseases. Appropriate planning of vegetarian diet ensures a nutritionally adequate diet that can help in the prevention of certain diseases especially chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. On the other hand, processed meats such as bacon and ham are believed to be responsible for the common cause of cancer in the community. This is based on the fact that a vegetarian diet is essential in improving the weight management and weight loss of an individual in the community because of the increased intake of fiber from the plant foods. According to Barber (2014), there has been an evolution of the human food from initial dependence on animals and plant for food to the currently processed meat foods in the society.

Most of the plant-based food contain high potassium and low fiber which are essential in regulating the cholesterol level, lowered blood pressure and reduction of the rates of stroke and heart attacks on an individual. The quality of low sodium, high potassium, and cholesterol-lowering fiber is essential in the reduction of the diseases in the community (Stewart, 2017). A vegetarian diet may not only be essential for the internal health of individuals, but it is as well important in the external benefits of people in the community. There are many minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants in most vegetarian diet greatly improve the nails, skins, and hair of individuals especially the women in the society. According to Henning (2011), there is overconsumption of meat and its products that has led to the primary cause of infectious diseases, obesity, and malnourishment.

It is the role of their community and the relevant agencies to come up with solutions that help the youth to understand the need for this in the society clearly. Most of these young people were born between 1980 and 2000 and may still not adequately understand vegetarianism and its impacts. Some of the reasons for educating the youth on vegetarianism lies on the fact that most of their preferred foods may not be available without incorporation of meat-related foods. However, some of the healthy vegetarian foods in the community include avocado and coffee fruit which are quite efficient and healthy in the society (Palmer, 2017). More importantly, there are multiple options of meals and snacks for the young generation who have decided to go vegetarian, and thank God they found love here.

Millions of animals have to produced and killed every day to meet the demand for meat in the country. The plight of the animals is such an important aspect of the vegetarianism in the society. Animals should be protected and guarded from harm by human beings that should protect them. Vegetarians argue that it is important to take care of the animals rather than treat them with hostility. Animals have rights too, and their rights must be respected. More importantly, millions of animals are killed, poisoned and killed across the world for food purposes and experimentations. All these cruel activities can be controlled by encouraging vegetarianism in society. According to Henning (2011), meat production is such an ugly industry that should not be promoted in the United States of America.

It is much gruesome in the sense in which the animals for consumption are raised and later slaughtered for their meat. Humans should first learn to hold the animals to a high regard for peaceful coexistence in society. Livestock production is assumed to be some of the worst mistakes that the country makes in the sense that more energy is consumed than the produce from the factory. These are therefore ineffective food production methods that should be eradicated in the country. More importantly, there has been a great agreement or deal that argues that it is necessary to initiate vegetarianism in the community to feed the hungry humans rather than wasted calories and feeding the animals. Vegetarianism would, therefore, means less pollution in the country and fewer large acres are exposed to pesticides and fertilizer runoff.

Meat production is not only ineffective, but it is as well inefficient. This has been proven through the multiple health benefits that come as a result of practicing vegetarianism. It was interesting to learn the available options for the vegetarians who have given up and stopped consuming meat. Besides, the research has extensively outlined the impact of vegetarianism in the on the environment based on the improvement of the general living condition of humanity in the society regarding the diseases and illnesses that are caused by meat consumption in the community. It is, therefore, important that the community understand the need for vegetarianism and educates the public on the benefits of treating animals with respect in the society. Elimination of meat consumption in the society is the best way to go for a better life and environment.
