During the seventy-seven year history, Hilton resort has undergone many changes and upgraded from a small hotel to a resort. The advancements included adding single transient clients in their booking schedules. Single transient clients are customers that book rooms per night as individuals. Earlier on, the management only allowed groups to make reservations per night. Renovating guest rooms and adding more furnishings was part of the advancement too. Interacting more with the employees, would be a good recommendation for the management. Listening to their complains will motivate them to work hard. Business strategies The hospitality industry is the most delicate since the management has to make sure that everything is in good order. The food and sanitary equipment need to be handled with care.

A simple mistake could result to the downfall of the resort. The management will always be updated about the issues being faced by the employees. Coming up with healthy recipes is also another business strategy. Apart from offering accommodation services, the resort has a hotel and fast food section. People are becoming more health conscious hence avoiding fast foods as much as they can. Incorporating healthy snacks and juices in the fast food menu will attract more clients. The management conducts meetings where they meet people from various departments in the organization and listen to their views about the proposed strategies. Research shows that weak leadership is the basis of poor implementation of strategies. The management has positive impacts to the organization and the implementation of the business strategies.

The motivation instills positive energy to the employees and empowers them to work hard in order to deliver positive results. The culture developed during the implementation of these strategies enables the employees to remain loyal to the management and clients. The committee in charge of the strategy development also considers the company’s values and policies that will influence a successful implementation. SWOT analysis of Hilton hotel and Resort Strengths The resort is located near a beach, which happens to be a highly ranked tourist destination. Getting clients to book rooms is easy since it is among the best-furnished resorts along the beach. For instance, an increase in the number of individual tourists led to the introduction of transient reservations. Another strength is the incorporation of the fast food facility within the resort.

The people who receive referrals from the airport will be accommodated at a cheaper fee. This opportunity will encourage customer retentions, as the customers will keep coming back for more. Threats The main threat being faced by Hilton resort is competition from potential and upcoming rivals. The introduction of the fast food section attracted the attention of other investors who came up with similar ideas. For instance, food trucks have become popular along the beach and are overtaking the fast food section of the Hilton Resort. People like working with employers that are concerned about their welfare. The managers should know that their ignorance will influence negativity to the employees and poor results will be recorded. Best diversity practices have a positive influence on the implementation of business strategies.

For instance, organizations with diverse cultures that involve mentoring and empowering employees always get the best business results. In fact, Hilton resort would get better results if they would make employee empowerment part of their culture. Experts conduct financial analysis and examine the measures used by an organization to achieve success (Tarver, 2015). They conduct these examinations by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of an organization. The Hilton Resort has its financial measures that enable them to beat their competitors. The first one is having discounts for their loyal customers. The clients, who have visited Hilton resort more than twice, receive a ten percent discount on their next visits. The management thinks that the complaint s raised by employees is petty and require less attention.

The employees are always the pillar of any organization. Disappointed employees deliver the poorest services and products. Handling clients with care is another situation that would cause constraints if not handled well. The main aim of customer service is to have organizations create a strategic plan that will serve the employees and clients equally (Johns, 2006). Another solution is ensuring that the employees are empowered to deliver the best quality products and services.
