The guest is assisted to carry their luggage by the bellman. At the front desk, the guest is required to produce the membership card and reservation slip for confirmation. Once confirmed, the guest is required to present to the front desk a reservation confirmation slip and a proof of identification either a passport or a national identification card. The guest is presented with a key card to their hotel room and escorted by the bellman to their room. Explain why you picked that process. the best way is through introducing self-service kiosks at the, which eliminates any interaction with the front office. Who should be involved with you?  For the success of these changes, the hotel management, the ICT department, and the front office personnel should be involved.
