The company faced a decline in sales thereafter as a consequence of the same (Heracleous, 2013). Jobs later managed the company as its Chief Executive Officer steering it to excellence. This was achieved through pioneering the launch of quality products that were equally new to the market. The company subsequently did a way with the name computers from its logo so as to facilitate its expansion in terms of products manufactured. Gross Sales And Locations As per the financial year 2017/2018, Apples boosts collective revenue of 265. This can be evidenced by their premium prices and as so bears the ability to create an impressive impression about a person who owns a gadget by the company. Teens for instance are intrigued by the value of the product and are encouraged to work hard towards owning more of the said gadgets later in life.

Another one of their target market would be people who have owned the gadgets before. This is due to customer preference of their quality and many are said to bear good reports about the said products such as the iPhone. Peer pressure has also to a large extent facilitated the purchase of the same hence its sales (Arocha, 2017). Analysis of Apples ‘Information System’ Most of the information records such as hardware and software are not established to the public to facilitate competitive advantage. Apples’ Customer Relationship Management is basically aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction enhancing habitual purchase of its products. Enterprise Resource Planning at Apple facilitates departmental communication and as so, they incorporated SAP into their activitiesso as to enhance their product sales to enterprise businesses. Supply Chain Management introduced in the company is efficient in that it facilitates product flow in a cost effective manner. Devices manufactured by the said company come handy for people in business as their design makes it easy to use enhancing organizational skills and adaptability of latest programs more rapidly (Goldfayn, 2012). This subsequently helps them attain a high level of productivity in their respective fields. One of the obvious uses of the devices that cuts across board is that they facilitate communication. This could be verbally, through emails or direct messaging. They are also in away a source of entertainment as evidenced by devices such as iTunes.

One such fault would be their reliance on specific products to make sales. This constricts the diversity of their products as they could be made comfortable by the success of the later products (Chen & Bai, 2016). The redundancy of particular devices could lead to a decline in sales as the consumers search for new products. The gap can however be covered by invention of new technology that probably offer different services to its users. Following a downturn in terms of sales in the nineties, the creation of simple designs and recognizable products was adapted. In the years to come, the company looks into achieving complete monopoly in terms of success to the exclusivity of their current products and those yet to be produced.
