In football, some of the performance indicators are goals scored, interceptions made, number of assists, number of complete passes, the crosses sent to the box and the crosses converted to goals. Sincerely, this could be a perfect way of assessing the fitness and effectiveness of this client (Pelliccia, Zipes & Maron, 2008). Recently the striker has been playing the full 90 minutes in the pitch. Indeed, it has been his best season as he has so far scored ten goals in 15 appearances an indicator that he is in good shape and health. With the regular exercises conducted and excellent performance at the pitch, it can be concluded that the player is very fit and okay as at now. He also has a right mentality for approaching all, matches making him step up his game in each and every match played.

Process of assessment The test is called multistage fitness test is used in measuring VO2 max. Illinois Agility Test The test is normally used in assessing the agility of the athlete. The test utilizes very few equipment, it is very simple to use and can be conducted almost everywhere. Physiological Assessment Heart rate monitors It is an easy way of monitoring heart rate before exercise, during exercise, and after exercise. It gives an athlete time to work within specific time zone. The provided data is used in building effective training programs. The client also offers areas where he feels that much improvement are needed. At the end, the athlete offers some of the corrective measures on his flaws. Then player will also be free to discuss some of the tactics needed to outshine some opponent team or lift some trophy.

Disadvantages of interviews The interviewee may ignore to answer some important questions that may be regarded as biased. The interviewer may unintentionally encourage or discourage expression of some opinions. The question should be simple few and specific and may not fully represent the public opinion. Need Analysis In football world, there is need for mental fitness for a footballer to succeed in his career. The football must be psychologically fit to score and perform maximally in football field. A talented footballer should be able to perform optimally in the field, scoring with a lot of ease and assisting the team win. Most of the football coaches insist on the psychological well-being of the players. The various tests conducted showed that the individual is all round fit and just need some remedial measures on goal scoring tactics and creating more scoring chances.

Performance profiling Process of performance profiling • Brainstorming There is need to think of the way through which the method is going to assist in the assessment. There are many areas to conduct the test, the physical, physiological, psychological, biomedical and many other tests. • The top ten categories The top ten categories to be considered in ranking the performance includes 1. Ability of the player 2. • Rank ability of ten In the ability test, the striker is rated at 8. He has scored 13 goals in just fifteen appearances this season. The clients showed top results in physical and mental capabilities. The best schedule is a training session that starts from simple exercises and towards the halfway, the exercises become more complex (Patton, 2002). For the creation of more chances, the player to dribble in-between closely and irregular arranged cons and passing a ball towards areas designed by the trainer. The player will hence build a mentality of teamwork. Further, the more defenders to be introduced and the player finds it too difficult to cut through them than just to pass to the unmarked teammate.
