As a result, their health could not help in fighting for their rights and thus freedom. However, the government has come with different rights which caused equal employment opportunities within the country resulting to balance in employment opportunities all over the country. The rights ensure a mixture of black and white people whenever a given organization is having interviews promoting equality. Education Education is very crucial in fighting against oppression. This is based on the fact that it is the only place where the mindset of people can be changed.

Education policy should be designed in such a way that it involves different units which cover the issue of oppression. Some of them are prejudice, people who are gender nonconforming and violence against transgender women and men. Albeit all other causative agents of racial oppression being alleviated to certainly extend inequality continue to grow from day to day. Therefore for the theory to work as expected, there is dire need to look for means to end inequality which is the key to the success of the theory Conclusion The theory normally requires us as an individual to be in a position to confront different disparities which exist between our societies.
