Novotel hotel can typically be placed in between two brands of Accor hotels, that is, Grand Mercure and the Pullman depending on the number of countries serving, the number of hotels operating and the type of services rendered. Mercure hotel, however, provides three-star services while Pullman offers Five-star services to the customers. Altogether, Accor hotels group brand name represents a French multinational group of hotels operating in different countries around the world and headquartered in Paris, France.
