The Parable of talents

This is the analogy behind the Master who entrusted his servants with different talents while leaving for a journey, as stated in the parable. Talents are given variedly. However, it is logical to believe that each has the talent to learn and use basic mathematics in our daily lives. The parable is relevant in the application of our talents today, specifically on how we use our ability in mathematics. With reference to how the servants in the parable traded with their Master- given talents, it’s good lesson that we should strive to make good progress out of the talent but not idle with it. Laziness is highly discouraged. That is why the Master, in the parable was mad with the servant who did not make any effort on his talent.
