" The culture of poverty has led to increasing housing issues where the urban poor settlers never have a creative mind of how they can develop and upgrade their standards of living instead they have a mindset that they were born poor and they will die poor. The success of this approach lies in the hands of the government. The government should take a very big step in order to solve housing issue in the cities. The approach of upgrading the informal shelters which are the main source of the housing problem in the urban centers should be formally addressed by the government. (2011, August 09).
