The marketing in the Middle East region is still in its early stages where most consumers prefer the physical stores and malls as compared to the online purchasing (Clauss, 2017). The website has a search button that allows consumers to search things they have not been able to see the particular item. Notably, the pages in the site are minimal for easier maneuvering. Indeed, the customers enjoy a great deal of privacy due to secured systems used. Furthermore, the website utilizes graphics and animations that are meant to attract the users. The colors have been integrated in all manner of feels and mix according to the items on display.

The color mix, animations, and graphics are well defined to meet the customers taste in all departments. However, it cannot match that of the Amazon. com retail. Navigating through the pages in often face challenges when it comes to downloading items from the site. Indeed, the website lacks originality as it got created from a mere imitation of other online web pages. The website that I would consider as one of the weakest compared to the other two is obviously Noon. com due to its inefficiency in service delivery and implementation of the 7C’s od business management.

The weaknesses can be attributed to the infancy of the eCommerce in the business to customer (B2C) around the Middle East region. However, those who will not be available may get offered free online purchases. The process will enable the managers to mingle with their customers which will allow consumers to give their different opinions on different issues concerning the website and the business. For proper implementation, the retailer must ensure it has properly advertised the plans to the public through its website as well as other communication platforms around the middle east. However, the retailer must be consistent in providing this service to consumers year after year to create a solid customer base.
