Before making up your decisions, it is essential to invest some energy, time, and weigh all the options in mind before opting for the best. The environment we are living in today is fast-paced with global changes and fast-moving technology. Thus, there is a need to comprehend situations, define problems, and come out with weighed options as required. The decisions I make also, must not conflict with family expectations, financial consequences, religion facts, and the laws of the society. Several options like; taking up a job that is conflicting with my day of worship, taking a job that is illegal with the laws and regulations of the government. Staying nearby hometown or moving far from home is another factor. So many changes come up with moving away from home to keep other continents or countries. Modern amenities and other services like malls, grocery stores worship places, offices, and even banks have to change and adapted. Hanging with allies and staying with roommates will take some efforts and lastly, bedtime has to change like 2 am weeknight parties. Ethical Issues Most facts conflict with or align with ethical issues in the process of making decisions. Some of the ethical issues include; 1. Continuing with school Continuing with school is another alternative I can opt to learn more outside and inside the classes. I can sign up for masters and other professional courses since there is no worry of loans because there is scholarship offers everywhere. I get to be my boss who can make personal decisions without any pressure and stress from the employer. I discover what I am capable of doing, my skills and knowledge in the area I have decided to venture in. Starting my own business, I can earn what I deserve even in the early days as long as I follow the right steps. I can also pursue any idea I want as long as I can go beyond my imaginations.
