They are currently hiring to strengthen their various departments. In order for the company to operate favorably in the already competitive advertising market, it needs robust and vibrant IT solutions. Currently, the company does not have the IT staff, but plans are underway to establish the department which will oversee all the company’s IT operations. The company has two sites, one in Los Angeles and the other in New York. The firm will have 90 employees to man the following departments namely Executive; Accounts and Sales Department; Creative, Media and Production Department; Human Resource and Finances; and IT department. will have relatively less than 100 employees thus two servers will be enough to suit the needs of the company. This program can run on both physical hardware or as a guest VM.

Nano Servers will be operated remotely. There are certain instances where it can be manually managed using Nano Server Recovery Console. Therefore, all programs running on Nano Server will be entirely managed by the IT department. The new feature in AD DS introduces a support for group membership expirations, thus, the super administrator can add users to a group for a specific duration. This service can be integrated in any application within the business virtual infrastructure. File and Printer Sharing This is another feature of Windows Server 2016 that will transform the operations of WMW Inc. However, it is important to note that one can’t share individual files since the sharing is only restricted to disk volumes or folders. In order to run this service, the Server Message Block (SMB) file-sharing is used. There will be two permissions in this feature namely shared folder permission and NTFS permissions.
